1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using UnfoldK, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
UnfoldK provides five services for global Hallyu fans:
- HallyuCalendar: K-pop and K-drama event calendar
- KpopStats: Global artist statistics dashboard
- KdramaMatch: AI-powered K-drama recommendations
- HangeulGo: Korean language learning via K-drama content
- KfoodKit: K-drama recipe and local ingredient guide
3. Account Registration
- Provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for account security
- One account per person — sharing is not permitted
- Must be 13 years or older
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Free Plan: No payment, limited access
Hallyu Pass Monthly: $15.00/month
Hallyu Pass Annual: $120.00/year ($10.00/month)
- Payments processed securely by Stripe (stripe.com)
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancel anytime from My Page > Subscription
- Access continues until end of current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods
- Annual plan: refund requests within 14 days reviewed case-by-case

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Scrape or redistribute content without permission
- Hack or reverse-engineer the platform
- Share account credentials
7. Intellectual Property
- UnfoldK content and design are owned by UNFOLD LAB
- "This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB."
8. Disclaimer
UnfoldK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
UNFOLD LAB shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
11. Changes
We will notify users of changes via email at least 14 days in advance.
